How entry works

Register your club
Club registration runs from November 2026 to January 2027.

Run your club qualifier
In February and March 2027, run a qualifier in each category you enter, on your own booking system.

Your two pairs qualify
The winners and runners-up in each category become your club’s two pairs. Clubs enter exactly two pairs per category, or none.

Pay per qualifying pair
£125 per pair for the Regional Eliminators, and £125 again for each pair that reaches the National Finals.

We support you throughout
Every registered club receives a club pack with guidance for running your qualifier.
Your club keeps your qualifier entry fees
Clubs set and keep their own qualifier entry fees. RGB Sport will work to keep entry fair across every venue.
Who can play for your club
Each player represents one club only.
Players can play the Mixed Cup as well as a Men’s or Women’s competition for the same club. The Mixed Cup is open to mixed pairs of every standard.
Six competitions: Men’s Cup, Shield and Plate; Women’s Cup and Shield; and the Mixed Cup. The Cup is for higher-standard players and the Shield is for developing players. In the Men’s category, the Plate is for entry-level players. The Mixed Cup is open to mixed pairs of every standard.
