We are the data controller responsible for your personal information.

When you enter an event, join a waiting list, or contact us, we may collect:

• Mobile number

• Playing level / rating

• Club affiliation

• Emergency contact details (if required for safety)

Payment details are processed securely via third-party providers. RGB Sport does not store card details.

If you do not wish to appear in event media, please notify organisers before play begins.
