1. Entry & Eligibility

1.1 Participants must meet the event playing level requirements.
1.2 Participants must be 18 years or older unless otherwise stated.
1.3 RGB Sport reserves the right to refuse entry where eligibility criteria are not met.

2. Health & Fitness

2.1 Participants confirm they are physically fit to compete.
2.2 Padel involves inherent physical risk.
2.3 RGB Sport is not liable for injury except where caused by proven negligence.

Participants are encouraged to arrange their own personal insurance if desired.

3. Tournament Format

3.1 Event formats (group stage, knockout, scoring system) are determined by RGB Sport.
3.2 Schedules may be adjusted at organiser discretion.
3.3 The Tournament Director’s decision is final.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 Participants must:

Act respectfully toward opponents, officials and venue staff
Avoid unsporting behaviour
Follow venue rules

4.2 RGB Sport reserves the right to remove participants for misconduct without refund.

5. Photography & Media

5.1 By attending an RGB Sport event, participants acknowledge that photography and filming may occur.

5.2 Media may be used for promotional purposes including website, social media, sponsor materials and advertising. Images and videos may also be used in the same manner by tournament partners.

5.3 Participants who wish to opt out must notify organisers before play begins.

6. Payments & Refunds

6.1 Entry is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
6.2 Refund policy:

Full refund up to 14 days before event
No refund within 96 hours unless replacement player found.

6.3 Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process.

7. Event Cancellation

7.1 RGB Sport reserves the right to cancel or amend events due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

Extreme weather
Venue issues
Insufficient entries
Force majeure events

7.2 In such cases, a rescheduled event or refund will be offered where appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 RGB Sport’s liability is limited to the value of the event entry fee.

8.2 RGB Sport is not responsible for:

Loss of personal belongings
Travel or accommodation costs unless specified
Indirect or consequential losses

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments

10.1 RGB Sport reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will appear on the website.
